The GAMM activity group on Applied and Numerical Linear Algebra continues its long tradition of annual workshops in September 2019 at the Department of Mathematics of TU Chemnitz in Chemnitz. Special emphasis will be given this year to Linear Algebra Challenges in the Sciences, but all other areas of applied and numerical linear algebra are welcome. The organization committee is looking forward to meeting all interested scientists in Chemnitz.
